IELTS Centre – Military Technological College (MTC) The Military Technological College (MTC) IELTS Centre is one of the internationally accredited centres for administering the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test. This status was achieved following an agreement between the Ministry of Defense (MOD), represented by the Military Technological College, and the British Council. These tests are conducted at the Military Technological College, under the supervision and oversight of the MTC Foundation Programme Department (FPD).
